CES 25: My Arcade Announces Gamestation Retro Platform

Three new consoles filled with Capcom and Bandai Namco games are on the way.


My Arcade is making some noise at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. For the 2025 edition of the long-running event, My Arcade has announced its new Gamestation lineup of consoles. Here's a rundown of what was revealed:


  • Gamestation Retro Go: A premium, portable handheld designed for retro gaming on the go.



    • Portable handheld retro video game system

    • 8” high-resolution display

    • Rechargeable battery

    • EST. MSRP: $199.99


  • Gamestation Retro Pro: A premium, retro gaming console.



    • Retro video game console

    • 1080p HDMI® output

    • Two wireless, rechargeable controllers

    • EST. MSRP: $149.99


  • Gamestation Retro Mega: A tabletop arcade cabinet featuring classic wood construction and a vibrant, large display.



    • Tabletop retro arcade cabinet

    • 10.1” high-resolution display

    • Classic wood construction

    • Mechanical joystick and action buttons

    • EST. MSRP: $299.99


In addition to the consoles, My Arcade is also going to be launching new accessories:


  • Gamestation Retro Gamepad: A wireless, rechargeable controller compatible with the new Gamestation Retro collection.



    • EST. MSRP: $39.99


  • Gamestation Retro Arcade Stick: A premium joystick for precision gameplay.



    • EST. MSRP: $69.99


Anyone who's taken a stroll through video game aisles at a Target will likely have seen My Arcade's various gaming machines, which are usually small, single-game handhelds and gimmick arcade cabinets. This is something decidedly new from My Arcade as the company seems to be intent on making a go at the premium gaming space, or at least something on the cusp of premium compared to its usual wares. Along with the hardware, My Arcade also announced that Gamestation is launching with a plethora of classic games from Bandai Namco and Capcom. Here are some of the titles that will be included:


  • Pac-Man

  • Galaga

  • Pole Position

  • Dig Dug

  • Street Fighter II

  • Mega Man

  • Final Fight

  • 1942


No word on when these products will ship, but once we get a firm release date or release window, we'll let you all know.
